In the interests of health and safety, returns do not go back to my inventory. Please think about the environment while returning items, and if you have any questions check with my team before placing your first order or trying anything new.

To be eligible for B.O.B’s return policy, you must:

  1. have purchased the product in question on our website barsoverbottles.com;

  2. provide a valid proof of purchase (e-receipt or account history);

  3. be within 30 days of receipt.

I keep an eye on return activity for any system abuses and reserve the right to limit or prohibit returns or exchanges in any case.

Products that were purchased on Amazon have their own return and refund policy - you can learn more about it on https://www.amazon.com/gp/help/customer/display.

If you want to ask for a refund on your order: I´m sad to hear :( but I get it! here is how you should proceed.

  • send me an email at hello@barsoverbottles.com with the e-receipt or account history and reason for refund request.

  • I will evaluate with my team and get back to you in 2-5 days.

  • after checking all the information we will pay you back the whole amount minus shipping costs.

PLEASE NOTE: I don’t refund any original shipping costs.
