how to use
step 1
apply the shampoo bar on damp hair directly onto the scalp, working the lather in circular motions until the desired amount of foam is achieved.
step 2
massage the scalp using the fingerprints and spread the lather from root to tips.
step 3
rinse thoroughly, and repeat if needed. follow with our bar conditioner
step 1
after shampooing, wet the conditioner bar and slide it from the middle to the tips
step 2
use the palm for support, and rub the bar directly on the hair with gentle circular motions
step 3
spread it evenly along the lenghts of the hair with fingertips or a comb. let it sit for 2 minutes and then thoroughly rinse to reveal gorgeous, nourished hair.

…I was totally expecting more lather, and frankly expecting more “squeak,” meaning when I rinsed my hair there would be noticeably less moisture. Assuming my hair wasn’t really clean, I was surprised that it was soft and shiny. Surprised and pleased.

This is the best shampoo I have ever used. I have low porosity 2c-3a hair and this perfectly cleans my hair without sucking the life out of the hair. It helped me get my curls back after moving to a drier, high altitude area. I don't use conditioners but I am considering purchasing the conditioner bar too for the winter months.

B.O.B.’s Moisturizing Shampoo Bar left my hair feeling soft and clean. I had to lather it up a couple of times to get into my medium length thick hair, but then it did it’s magic. The shampoo and conditioner bars are great for air travel. I only take carry on whenever possible, and these are solid, so don’t count towards liquids. I’m a fan!

Excellent product, but it doesn’t last long!
I believe that since the bar has more moisturizing properties when compared to the other ones, it doesn’t last as long. I don’t see this as a big issue, it just makes it necessary to rebuy the bar in a shorter period of time than the rest of B.O.B Shampoos. On the other hand, I feel like it decreased my hair´s oils. I think my scalp tried to make up for the lack of moisture in my hair by making my roots more oily. So it helped a lot with that!

Solid shampoo, practicality
I’ve been using this solid shampoo for a long time now. I like the practicality. It makes my hair soft without drying it up like a lot of other bars that I’ve tried. The only thing that needs to improve is the smell. Why do soaps and shampoos have such nice smells and this solid shampoo can’t?
