I really like them. I wasn’t sure about the bars being able to suds up, but they do work just fine! My hair looks/feels clean and they smell so good (and not like chemicals).

I waited to give this a review until I had used them for a while and I can honestly say the are amazing. i have type 3A/ 3B hair and am always trying new products but I think I've found the one! I love how this makes my hair look and feel and after three months I still have about half a bar of each left, so worth it! Super easy to apply and takes up such little room in the shower. Over all I love it and will buy again.

Love Conditioner

The conditioner is amazing for my curly hair. My hair does not feel weighed down only soft and silky. Would recommend to anyone with curly hair. I won't go back to bottles!

I have only be using my B.O.B. bars for a couple weeks but love them so far. I love that I only have to rub it across my hair a couple of times and it's enough to clean my hair. The bar should last a long time making it worth the money.

Wonderful yet heavy Conditioner & Shampoo was too drying

This was my first purchase to transition into shampoo & conditioner bars. This purchase did launch me into a new love for bar soaps. My Issue: My scalp issue is that I have a combination scalp (dry in areas that produce dandruff and then strands become oily after 2nd or 3rd day of no wash). I have wavy to curly hair and have been in search of something that can revive my curls. This is the reason why I chose this bundle. Shampoo: I enjoyed the clean feeling it gave me after a wash. It did not solve my dandruff or oily strands issue. It did help make my hair feel lightweight and it's easy to wash all the product out. It lathered well on the second application during a wash. The first run-through did not lather as much but I coin it to the fact that oils take time to break down. Hence a second rinse-through was needed. The fragrance was not bothersome and unnoticeable to me (I have a sensitivity to harsh perfumes). The bar didn't last me long and I'm not sure why. I was hoping it would last a few months but it only lasted 4 weeks for me. Conditioner/Leave-In: This product lasts a LOT longer than the shampoo. In fact, I purchased this bundle back in November '22 and I still have ample of this product! A little goes such a long way for me. I run it past my strands from ear down about 2-3 times in total and it's enough to moisturize and detangle my hair during the wash. After the shower, I rub the bar in my hands to get a little bit of the product and distribute it throughout my hair for frizz control. CAREFUL to not put TOO much product through because I noticed it weighed my hair down quite a bit if I went overboard. The scent is an enjoyable citrus and not overpowering as well. This product does wash out alright and when my hair is dry, my hair still feels moisturized. I would like to try another conditioner that is less heavy on the moisturizing aspect because I believe it weighs down my wavy-curly hair. For reviving my curls, it was heavy. I'm still in search of a good pairing.

mixed results

I found the bar-style shampoo and conditioner extremely convenient for a long trip involving air travel. The conditioner was pretty effective and easy to use and lasted the full 6 weeks of my trip, but the shampoo didn’t clean my hair as well as the liquid shampoo i use. I had to wash my hair twice as often.

I’ve used the curl defining bundle for nearly 2 months now, and I’ve been super happy with how it performs on my wavy/frizzy hair. I’ve recommended it to many. I have also been pleasantly surprised by the face wash-fantastic. My face feels almost silky after using. Very pleased with all BOB products so far!!

Game changer!

I decided to make the switch to bar shampoo and conditioner and tried another brand first, but it left my 3a curls a bit dry. So I did some searching online and decided to give this stuff a try. I will say, it took my hair (and scalp) some time to adjust, but it has been fabulous ever since! I use the conditioner as a leave-in and use a Dr. Bronner’s citric acid rinse in between shampoo and conditioner (in lieu of apple cider vinegar). I have also finally broken my habit of washing everyday! (I have seborreic dermatitis and my scalp hasn’t been too happy with me and I still have to wash every other day.) I recently got a haircut and my stylist even noticed that my hair seemed healthier and more moisturized. Next I want to try the curly girl hair mask!

Bounce is Back!

The scent is so delicious!! The shampoo lather is perfect and I LOVE that the shampoo bar is larger because it’s used faster!! My curls have been so happy and hydrated with these bars!

My Curls Love B.O.B.!

I’m making a concerted effort in 2023 to reduce my use of plastics and decided to give B.O.B. a try after some online research. I have never tried shampoo and conditioner bars until now, and I couldn’t be any happier with the results. I was especially concerned that whatever product I tried did not undo my efforts these last 3 years in embracing and enhancing my natural curls. My experience with B.O.B. has been awesome, and after a month of use my hair stylist of 13 years commented that my hair looked extremely healthy and much improved since she last time she saw me! Thanks B.O.B.!!

This is the first shampoo bar I've tried and not going to lie, I was skeptical that it wouldn't dry my hair out and leave it frizzy. That wasn't the case at all! My hair has never been softer, and the shampoo and conditioner don't leave any buildup in my hair. I'm sold on the shampoo bar!

Surprised

I’ve never used bar shampoo before. I want to reduce plastic in my home and started to research bar shampoo. I came across B.O.B. I liked everything I read about the company, how it’s processed and the reviews. So I decided to try it. I loved the packaging! The scent. It gives my hair great slip - less tangles. Totally surprised even more so that I never considered it before. I will buy again.
